Niagara Falls is growing rapidly and we can no longer rely on short-term, band-aid fixes. A New Generation of Leadership: Our In-depth Policy Roadmap

Transit, Traffic & Infrastructure

Our municipal infrastructure must evolve to match our rapid growth. I am championing future-focused transit solutions, including securing provincial grants for light rail transit connectivity to link our communities cleanly. By deploying automated, sensor-driven traffic light synchronization along our main roads and expanding bus routes into new subdivisions, we can permanently eliminate daily gridlock and cut down your commute times.

Housing & Economic Industry

We are losing our brightest minds because young workers and families are being priced out of their own city. I will fight to modernize local zoning bylaws to fast-track modern housing options, while creating municipal tax incentives for builders who guarantee long-term affordable units. To ensure our economy thrives year-round, I will push to attract tech and green-energy industries to Niagara Falls, building career pipelines with local colleges so our youth can build a life right here at home.

Community Health, Homelessness & Addiction

True public safety requires a balanced approach that combines decisive action with compassion. I am committed to partnering with Niagara Regional health services to expand 24/7 mental health crisis diversion teams on our streets. We will confront chronic homelessness and the drug crisis head-on by investing in supportive transitional housing models that couple stable shelter with mandatory, on-site mental health, employment, and rehabilitation counseling to break the cycle.
